Who installed your version of LabVIEW? Did you "select everything"? [I recently "fixed" a colleague's LabVIEW 2022 installation by a complete "uninstall" followed by installing LabVIEW, only the drivers they needed, JKI VIPM, and the minimum "other accessories" (or whatever they are called) that they needed. Now the mysterious failures have vanished.]
