LabVIEW Crashes sometimes when I close the Project with open VIs

All:

Has anyone else seen this:

1. Open a project.. typically a medium to large size project.

2. Start closing the many VIs you have open with Ctrl+w.

3. Eventually you close the Project while there are still a few VIs open...

4. BOOM. LabVIEW crashes.

LabVIEW 8.2.1. Dev Suite install.

I have not personally seen this happen before, and I just did some testing but was unable to reproduce it. How frequently does this happen?
