LabVIEW 7 executable gives 2002200 error

Using LabVIEW 7 I have tried to build an application (exe) file. When I try to run the executable I get a message indicating error 2002200.
I have also tried creating an installer and installing the executable, but I get the same error message.

Do you have any VIs that are password protected? If so, try removing the password - this will force a relink to all the subVIs - and the build again.

Thanks for your reply. There are no password protected vis in this application.

May it helps if you make a new compiling (press ctrl, shift and the Labview run-button)
