LabVIEW 2018 and LabVIEW 2022 module compatibility

Hello,

We have an application developed in LabVIEW version 2018, there are updates required in the application, so for evaluation purposes using LabVIEW's latest version 2022. 

The Application writes data serially to the device, but the data is found to be mismatched. 

So is their way to run a LabVIEW 2022 application built with LabVIEW 2018 runtime engine, Or the previous version modules are not compatible with the latest LabVIEW version? We don't know whether it's a compatibility problem Or some other.

does your LV2022 application run on your computer? Does it show any errors?

What is a "data mismatch"?

In general the IDE is only compatible for the current version and 3 versions before, so LV2018 would be out of range for a LV2022 installation...
