As of 0230 EDT, the second download seemed to be corrupted - for me, at least.  The extractor bombs.  I tried clearing cache and re-dl'ing a few times but it didn't work.  Ended up downloading the 6GB zip file instead.

I had the same problem with the second download.  I tried it again this morning (central USA time) and got another error message.  I'm still waiting for the giant 6 gig zip to download.
