LV2018 silent crash log file

I have a inherited project, that was OK when I last worked on it.  It now causes LV to lock, then close w/o an error reporting window.  I need to isolate which file is causing the crash.  Is there a log file of the loading progress?

Before the source code control or back file lecture starts, backup copies are off-site and have been requested.  Source Code control isn't installed yet on a new PC, as I need IT approval to add it.

Not AFAIK.

The crash report might give a hint, but just often it doesn't. At least not to us.
