LV2011 run time engine error

Somebody knows why I hit a run time engine error when I select runtime adapter in teststand? If I choose dev environment, there is no error and the vi executes.

Did you check the possible causes which TestStand pointed out?

What is the difference in dev mode then in run time mode?

When using the "Development Environment" for the LabVIEW Adapter the VIs will be loaded using the LabVIEW Development Environment (LabVIEW.exe) at your system.

When using the "Runtime" TestStand is using the LabVIEW Runtime Engine to load the VIs.

Im pretty sure this is also documented within the TestStand Help.

I understand. But the dev module and run time module have the same version. And only the run time complains that the version of some sub vi's is not correct. Or is there another isuee?

Try to do a masscompile of the VI and see if you get any errors.

I did a masscompile of the vi's and they report no error. See log file.

Hello JoVMo,

I think the reason and solution for the issue can be found in this KB:

Please let me know if it resolves the issue.
