I am upgrading from LV 8.2 to 8.6.1. I recieve ********Error: Windows SDK function returned an error. (Error code -12) Access is denied.*********
This happens as soon as I run the LV install icon.
Any ideas what's happening here?

Can you please give me more information about the NI Software you have installed.
Is it only LabVIEW?
What OS do you use and what .NET Framework have you installed on your machine?

Well, I tried installing LV only and the modules seperately and that seems to have solved the problem.
