LV 2010 Application Builder Problem

Hi, I'm having an issue trying to build an application in LV2010. Even if I write a simple top level VI that calls a simple sub-VI, when I build the application then try to run it, the application cannot find the sub-VI. I've tried always including the sub-VI but it still cannot seem to find it when I run the application.
