Yes,LabVIEW Adaptive Filter Toolkit can generate FPGA code for LMS adaptive filter, it can be used on cRIO.

i am also in search of some lms algorithm that can be implemented in FPGA..i am using CRIO 9234 for data acquisition.i am working on a basic active noise cancellation project..if anyone has got this,please be kind enough to share...:)

i have done the simulation in RT but it is becoming very stressful and consumes a lot of resources if implemented in the FPGA.
