How is the "ultrasonic HC-SR04" function of the LINX functions installed?

Hi, 

I am using HC-SR04 sensor and LINX function. The distance was read via the ultrasonic function of LINX. But it was always 0. How can I read distance with the sensor?

Can you give a little more background about what you're looking for? I'm not sure what you mean by how it's installed. Here's a reference for the function itself: link
