Hey everyone, I have been working in configuring my student Installation of LABVIEW for a couple of weeks. My institution provided a product serial for activation however, I am unable to activated using any of the methods posted by the following: https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000PAfPSAW&l=en-US&productref=341622
Just to reiterated the steps taken:
1) Checking account for licenses: Gives no license associated with account.
2) Enter Serial number for activation: Gives an invalid serial number error.
3) NI product activation ( https://www.ni.com/my/s/support/offline-activation 😞 Gives error in trying to activate product.
In addition to these steps, I reinstalled this software multiple times using the same account with my license only to have the same result. This license is ties to only one account (.edu student) and I am unsure why I would be running into any issues.
