LABVIEW Based Belt Weighfeeder Control System

Hi, 

I would like to know if someone in the LabView community has created or worked with a LabView Based Belt weighfeeder control system.

I'm currently design a small weighfeeder and I'm currently learning Labview please let me know if someone could provide me some guidance on what items I should include to make it this project work.

The belt weighfeeder is composed of a small motor, one load cell and speed sensor (encoder) on the tail pulley. The belt feeder will be set to a constant speed to keep its set flow rate.

I'm sure we can give guidance, even though we've not programmed a Belt Weightfeeder Control System before. There are many control systems that deal with overlapping problems.

Can you tell use where exactly you seek guidance?

There are quite a few aspects to such an application. Like

+ Software architecture

+ System design (incl. HW and such)

+ Hardware

+ Control system

+ Drivers

This just scratches the surface...
