Keithley 6487

Does somebody of you have a driver library for Keithely 6487
or does somebody know where to find the driver?
I checked already Ni.com but they do not have it.

find on KEITHLEY's website below, that this instrument
has LabVIEW drivers @ delivered CD - you should look into your boxes - or download the driver from KEITHLEY

I couldn't find one on NI's website, so this is probably the only one you'll find.

hi,

I haven't bought the instrument yet, but thought to check if the
instrument drivers are similar to the once I already us for the Keithley
487.

In the meantime I got an answer from Keithley that the 6487 will run with
the drivers for 487.
