Keithley 2636B AC Voltage input

Hey all,

I am working on Keithley 2636B and I need to give AC Voltage as input with varying frequency. Does anyone know if there is any pre-defined VI that is available in the instrument driver of Keithley to perform this?

The Keithley 2636 is a SMU, used for DC-IV source and measurements: https://www.tek.com/en/products/keithley/source-measure-units/2600b-series-sourcemeter

It will not output AC voltage at varying frequency.
