Dear community,
Can any please let me know what is exact resolution accuracy for keithley 2460 and 2401.for measure continues current as source as voltage vs time.
Many thanks

That's available on the manufacturer's site - https://www.tek.com/datasheet/2460-source-measure-unit
Note that the accuracy depends on the range you need to measure. SMUs will have 5-8 ranges and thus 5-8 different accuracies you need to consider.
Hope that helps.

HI,
Thanks for your reply. I want to know the resolution based on time. like microsec or milli sec.
I hear that 2401 is a 17millisec resolution. please help me with this.
Thanks

How fast an SMU can measure depends on a large number of factors and trade-offs between speed and accuracy. You're best bet would be to call Keithley and discuss your exact measurement needs with their support engineers.
