Hi

Is it possible to copy-paste a diagram area containing local variables without creating new objects on the interface ?

Thanks

Use control-drag instead of copy and paste.

  1. Use your mouse to select the item(s) to be copied.
  2. Hold down the control (Ctrl) key and drag the item(s) to the new location.

If you also hold the Shift key down during the move - the items stay aligned.

To move the item(s) to another diagram you don't even have to hold the shift key down.

Hi Gregory,

If you wish to copy and paste a varibale without creating a new one. click on the variable to highlight it, then press Ctrl and drag the variable. This creates a copy of that variable without creating a new object.
