It is underreading. For 6.2 V it reads 5.9 V.

I have been using PCI 6033E card for last 3-4 years. I did not use it for last two years. Now when i connected it and checked, it is under-reading. For an input of 6.2 V it reads 5.9V. But at lower voltages it is reading correct. I am using MAX 3.1.

Thanks and regards

Have you caliberated your card? . I would advice you  to get your card caliberated . In MAX you will find an option called " Self Caliberate " , try doing that in case it doesnt work , then you may have to send the card for caliberation.

Thanks. I will try this.

One more problem i have. If i connect 2V DC to any channel some time i get saw tooth or square type wave form and some times it comes properly. Do you have any idea, what might be the problem.

If i want to providing grounding to my NI DAQ Card, can i do it with terminal block?

Thanks.
