Issue with XNET Database file(DBC or LDF)

I have one project which use XNET control module.

RD give us a dbc and ldf file (as attachment) which generated by vector canoe

now it is issue that NI-XNET Database editor cannot open the file. so i cannot use the file in labview.

what wrong with the file ? what can i do for it ?

I'm using mostly NI-CAN in my projects.

Using CANGetNames from this driver determines 201 messages in the DBC file, the same number is reported by CANdb++ from Vector…

Update:

I can load your DBC file using the XNet Database Editor (LV2017SP1, 32bit, English)!

yes, i use other xnet to open the dbc file (labview 2018)

but i use version:2020 labview.

now i transform the dbc to xml. it can be opened in 2020
