I can't tell you if it is officially supported, but I can tell you
that we have it running on one system here without any issues than are
usual ona Win box.

Yes, LabVIEW 6.1 is supported on Windows ME. Please see page 8 of this PDF document whcih describes the system requirements for LabVIEW 6 and later. Windows XP is supported starting with LabVIEW 6.1.
