Is there a way to programmatically inquire whether a vi is the Top Level vi in a llb?

I want to pull info from the Top Level VI in a library externally. I can get the info I need for all the vi's in a llb. But was wondering if I can find out if a VI I ping is the Top Level and only select this one for the info.
