Is DIO23 accessible on a NI6251 using a 50 pin terminal block?

I am using a NI6251 DAQ card with a 50 pin terminal block.  The 68 pin diagram for the card states that DIO23 uses pin 39 but the cross reference document I have states that pin 39 on a 68 pin scheme is one of the digital ground terminals connected to pins 24 and 33 in a 50 pin scheme.

Just to verify for you line 39 on the PCI-6251 is PFI15/P2.7 (which is digital port 2, line 7).  In your situation which 50 pin terminal block are your referring to, and what cable adapter are you using to go from the 68 -> 50 pins? I came across this Knowledge Base which may answer your questions if you are using the CB-50LP. Hope that helps you out. If you are using something else, please list the devices that you are using.
