Hi everyone!....I need a way to send pages and emails while running
test using Labview. Anyone know how to do this?

The Internet Toolkit is one option. Its a LabVIEW add-on that you can get more details on by going to ni.com. Email can be done with ActiveX or the TCP/IP functions. If you do a search of the Resource Library, attachments to this forum, and the info-labview archives, you should be able to find a lot of examples.

For email, try the Internet Toolkit from NI.
For paging, try LabVIEW Technical Review, http://www.ltrpub.com and look for 2 back issues
with numeric and alphanumeric pager code. If you want to programatically access a TAP terminal
you'll have to write that code yourself, but you could use the LTR example code as a start.
I have used 3rd party pager applications, via DDE from LabVIEW if that's an option for you.
Check http://www.omnitrend.com and look at PageMaster.

You can use toolkits, but you can use other utilities out there, as for example commandmail (a command based emailer), or the vi attached, something that was useful for me when i needed to send mail from LabVIEW, i wrote it based on some info-labview (labview.pica.army.mil) archives, and added MIME attachments.

Hi. For email I offer the attached example that belongs to someone else. I picked it up somewhere in my electronic travels and unfortunately can't credit the author. It was never unzipped until today and I tested it on our system and it worked. It appears to require Outlook or at least an Outlook object.
