Any ideas what the problem is?

I have just rebuilt a 99% working vi and added a couple of indicators to debug the final problem. I built the executable using the Application Builder. Now I get this error when I try to run the executable on my runtime licence PC. (I have not tried running on the Development PC yet - will do so when I get back to it)

Created Installer for application and ran this in the target computer. Also reinstalled the Labview runtime engine.

Problem resolved, but still do not know what caused it.
