Inter (digital, TTL) pulse interval histogram

I would like to creae inter pulse interval histograms based on intervals between TTL pulses that vary quite a bit (e.g., shortest may be 0.2 ms to longest of 2 sec). I already have an equipment to produce TTL pulses which can be fed into PCI-MIO-16E-4.

I'm attaching a Labview example which performs a histogram, but it uses diferent National Instruments hardware than you have.
