Installing LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory control Module

Hello,

I am facing an issue while installing LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module.

It says

There was a problem executing your request.
An error occurred while installing a package: ni-mssqlserver2008r2expr (10.1.0.49152-0+f0)
Please check your Internet connection and try again.

Please provide solution for this.

I am having this issue also. I was able to install fine on older biulds of windows, but on 1909, I cannot get past this hard error.
