InstallerError 11006

So I am trying to reinstall xilinx tools but I keep getting this error

.\IdFile.cpp(123): InstallerError 11006
Developer Error. The following errors were found in your ini file:
1. Missing Section: [Volume Id]

I found one post online about missing nidist.id file but when I unzip the .iso file its there.

I tried using the NI downloader but it stops at about 380 Mb so I just used the regular download but it also only downloads 380Mb of 4Gb

Time is of the essences.

Could you let us know which version of the compiling tools are you trying to install? Also OS and LabVIEW versions would be useful. As you mention, the error sounds like it is related with a corrupted installer .

Regarding the download issue, have you tried downloading the file from another computer or network? I am not aware of current download issues, if the issue persists, please indicate the download link that you are using, so we can check if it is working.
