Installer not installing properly

Hello

I tried to find any forum which helped me in getting me through my problem, but unfortunately could not find any so i am putting my problem here for you guys to help me out.

I made an installer on my windows 7 OS, i3 processor PC with Labview 2013 version. Now when i tried to install that installer setup on different PC, after finishing the installer, it showed " Error-2:Failed to perform action license Manager updating OS compatibility".

Can somebody guide me why i got this error message and how i can rectify this problem

What's the OS of the target PC?

I installed the installer on "Windows 7 Ultimate" 64 Bit OS with "AMD E2-9000e RADEON R2, 4 COMPUTE CORES 2C+2G 1.50 GHZ".
