Installation Problem of LabVIEW

Sir,

I am facing a problem during LabVIEW Installation...when m going install it its giving me a message that "WIC is missing in your system".So please give me some solution so that I can carry on my work through LabVIEW..

In this forum, an answerer says "Many things will not work unless you have service pack 3, your issue may be one of them."
