I've downloaded the installer (many, many times) and every time it runs and says it's installed. However, this program is nowhere to be found on my computer. I'm on a 13" MacBook Pro. I've tried to install the patches afterwards and it says doesn't see anywhere to apply the patches.

 

Help?

Not enough information to even attempt to help. What "the installer" and what "this program".
