I placed a menu ring on the front panel. I edited the list of menu selections for the menu ring. When I copy the labels from the Edit Items list into the Documentation - Description area as shown (bold is copied portion):
Task Legend:
0 - Set Digital Port to HI
1 - Set Digital Port to Low
I get the following errors:

You will lose any unsaved blah blah blah.
This only seems to occur if I copy two or more labels from the Edit List into the Description area without exiting the properties window. I can repeatedly copy and paste a single label as long as I exit the properties window after every paste.
I tested this out with a new vi using only a menu ring on the front panel and the same problem occured after pasting two labels. The only difference was the hex address value.
I'm not personally looking for resolution to this post as I've already found a workaround. I just wanted to point out a minor bug I came across afer the knowledge base article stated to inform NI if it was a specific editing sequence that caused the fatal error.
