Increase ethercat sample rate

Hi 

I have a HBM TIM-EC etherCAT module. 

I get this error when I try to sample with 20 kHz. 

I have tried to increase the percentage to 55, but I'm not able to sample faster than 15.38 kHz with a scan engine setting of 65 micro sec. 

Is there someone who has an solution?

And when I set the scan engine setting to 50 micro sec the attached error shows

Hi,

I would let you know that NI EtherCAT doesn't support the higher scan rate. I suggest that you decrease the scan rate and test again. Thanks!
