Imaq serial write

Hi, I am pretty new to Labview and need some help.

I am currently interfacing PCIe-1433 board to a Dalsa P3-80-12K40-00-R. Was trying to establish a serial communication through the cameralink interface and encountered issue with the IMAQ Write.vi function. Had made modification to a sample program to include the IMAQ Write.vi function and it generates the below error. Was trying to send commands similar to that as indicated in the camera file but it does not seems to work. Probably not as straight forward as I thought. Please kindly advice what I had done wrong.

Managed to get away the error by changing the TermChar() in the camera file. However, another error "Serial Port Error" is generated. Wonder if anyone could help advice. Thanks.
