I would like to control the water level of a tank.

Hi all

Now i am writing a program to control water level by using LabView. I got my upper limit which is 100% and lower limit 0%. and my setpoint value is at 50% . the water level is supposed to be controlled when it reach to 50% . It must be stable at the setpoint .

My problem is tht when the water level reach near 50% , the level suddenly go up too high until 70% then have been control .

How could i solve this kinda problem .

It's kind of hard to troubleshoot your program when you've failed to attach it.

Is this a real water tank or just a simulation?  What are your inputs and outputs to the tank and how are they controlled?  Are you using and PID control loops?

 You can use the example program from LAbVIEW.In this example ,just use the simulation mode onyl.I have attached the tank simulation .VI from LabVIEW.
