There is only one multiplication involving an array on your block diagram, and it does not involve two arrays, it involves an array and a waveform.  Is this what you are referring to?

You can use an In Place Element Structure with a Waveform Unbundle / Bundle Elements node to unbundle the Y array component of your waveform, then multiply it with your array, then bundle the result as the new Y array component.

Do you want an array out of a waveform?  If just an array, use the Get Waveform Component to get the Y portion of the waveform and multiply with that array.
