How update basic function generator amplitude for Analog output DAQmx

I would like to update amplitude variable from inside of the loop, in order to get amplitude and frequency variable dinamically for analog output, (the variable frecuency works well using property node of sample clock inside loop). However, I really do not know if something similar for Basic function generator exists (property node), or another strategy for example local variables that could tackle the problem.

I know the execution of the signal parameters is just 1 time, and then the loop, but if I put the signal generator innside the loop the clock does not work well and the frequency change is not the correct.
