How to use same DIO in single whie loop of myrio 1900?

I am trying to use same DIO in sigle while loop but I am not abe to do so...
Eg. DIO 11 and DIO 13 , I used it for two times but at output I getting half of expected output.

(I should get 3.3 V but I am getting 1.65 V).

How to tackle this problem ?
Please help me out?

Here is my vi.
I am using DIO 11 and 13 
when I press Boolean button ,insted of  3.3 v ,I got 1.65 v (Checked using DMM) at DIO 11 (TRUE) and 13 (FALSE)

and when I press Boolean 2 button, insted of getting 3.3 v I got 1.65 v at DIO 11 (FALSE) and 13 (TRUE)
What should I do to get 3.3 V at output?

Are you getting 1.65V for True and -1.65V for False? Or 0.00V for False?

I cannot see inside your express VIs, but maybe if you try the standard DAQmx functions it will be easier to debug
