How to use date format in text above slider?

I have a slider with a display format set as date, but both the digital display and the text that appears above the slider when it's moved are numerical. 

Can this be changed?

Hi Graham,

both (slider scale and digital display) can be formatted in the properties dialog of the slider:

The tip strip seems to follow the formatting of the digital display - atleast it did in a short test of mine…
