How to use SENT API?

Hello,

i just downloaded the SENT API from NI homepage and installed it via the JKI VI Package Manager .

But i dont find the "new" installed SENT feature in my LabView2010.

So where can i find the new SENT features after the installation of the SENT API?

And is there any tutorial how to use that things?

Hello Ben,

I've not used this tool myself, but it appears to be FPGA-specific.  Have you attempted to access the API from an FPGA VI (a VI created under an FPGA target in a LabVIEW project) rather than a standard labview VI?

You can find examples in the folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2013\examples\IEDriver\SENT

The SENT API is available only in FPGA VIs under Connectivity > SENT
