How to use 3D graph control?

I tried several times, but I can not use it,
who can give me a process to use a 3D graph control?

when I put a 3D graph control on panel,
It has one line"Control could not be loaded"

when I right clicked it then select insert active x control, and select
CW3DGRAPH control, the labview will be terminated immediatly with error,

my system is windows 2000, my labview is 6.1

It sounds like you may have had a corrupt install. This Knowledge Base on NI's website discusses this very issue and suggests trying to repair your install. I hope this helps out!
