How to stop Start Task with Start Digital Edge that does not come?

Hi,

We have 2 loops running in parallel on a RT system:

• Loop A

  - Perform acquisition in real time on an analog task

  - The Analog task trigger is a digital task rising edge

• Loop B
  - Manage Commands from PC. One of them is the Calibration. For the calibration, acquisition need to be performed on the same analog channel. However, this channel is already locked by Loop A.

Question: How can I easily release the resource in loop A from Loop B?
