Hi Shan,
I concur with Jeremy re:no ini setting to do this.
But,
If I read your question as
"Is there a way to drop a while loop and have it show up configured to 'Stop if true'?"
I can now suggest another approach. (bear with me here).
I remember reading an article in LTR that explained how to create a template type of VI that you can put on your CONTROL pallette. When you click on it, the entire contents of the said VI is copied into your VI.
So,
If you can figure out what it was that I read,
and
create a VI with nothing other a configured while loop.
you are in business.
That's all I can do without breaking out the old LTR's and chasing this down.
Maybe someone with a better memory will fill fill in the blanks I have left.
Ben
