Did you try the suggestion provided in the error message? Rebooting your computer will likely rectify the error.

If the previous suggestion (to reboot, and to read the material suggested) doesn't work, then some questions need to be asked and answered (by you):

• Has this ever worked, or is this a "first time tried, first time failed"?
• Tell us about the installation.  What version of Windows?  What version of LabVIEW?  What Modules and Toolkits are installed?  Are you running Student, Base, Full, or Professional?
• Tell us about your LabVIEW experience.  I'm guessing you have been using it for a few months.
