Just providing your LabVIEW version is not nearly enough information. Presumably you know exactly how you are creating this binary file. Why don't you provide those details?
In general, every write function has an opposite read function, so if you using Write to Binary File, you would use the Read From Binary File. There are of course, many different functions for writing binary and this is the sort of information you have not provided.
