Hello,
I am not familiar with that file format, but if it's open source, you should be able to read and interpret the data correctly in LabVIEW. To do this, it will help to understand how LabVIEW stores data and manages memory. Here are a couple documents which explain these topics:

Thanks for the suggestions. I downloaded the pdfs and I'll reveiw them. I think the SIF files are binary I just don't know how it is formatted.
I was hoping to find someone who has already figured it out.
