How to put breakpoint on subVI while Debugging Executables in LabVIEW

I'm debugging the executable compiled with debug option enabled.
My application is calling Run VI method (from invoke note) to call a sub VI.
I'd like to put a breakpoint in the subVI, but it gives an error with below message.
How can I put the breakpoint in the subVI?
