thank you for your post.
The first step is too look fi the hardware is working well. You can use the measurement and automation explorer to do that. Under devices and interfaces your 6723 should appear. You can use the test panel to do some tests.
You can also use the measurement and automation explorer to set scaling and create a task. The task can be used in Labview. Please refer to page 9 of the getting started manual; https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/373235aa/resource/373235aa.pdf
Some examples are delivered with the driver, this is a good starting point. You can use the DAQmx VI's from the functions palette in Labview, or you can use the DAQ assistant to create a DAQ task wizzard like.
