I have a Matlab program to do some data processing. The data source is from Labview, and the processed data will pass back to Labview for display. Finally the Labview program need to compile into exe program. Any way to make it. Thanks.

Yes, there's a Matlab Runtime, but that's only for Matlab-compiled applications and Matlab-compiled DLLs.

I am almost sure matlab runtime alone is not sufficient while using mathscript while deploying.

Actually, if you're using MathScript, then Matlab isn't required in any way since MathScript is NI's language, not Mathworks'.
