Rif.: How to generate two output by two different Serial Number using same Setting file?

it is seen as "bad behaviour" to attach VIs that are set to "run when opened".

Recommendations:

Don't set your string input to "update while typing", it's really hard to input a full serial number right now...

What's your problem with this VI? It seems to work as it is...

Adding to what GerdW said, I suggest you to consider the possibility that the string is neither A01 nor B01, unless you are 100% sure there will never be an error.

You can wire the string directly to the case structure, see my example

Hi GerdW,

I add a Flat Sequence structure with addition of "UpdtWhileTyping" and set as "False" + "key focus" and set as "True". I suppose it work as what Pincpanter given example SN definition Ver 1 [LV 8.5] mod.vi.

My next focus will be how i'm able to link the Configuration Setting file to determine which specific field to perform. Any idea are welcome.

Great modified example! Thanks for your modification, i had also improve it and upgrade to SN definition Ver 2 [LV 8.5] whereby i hid he output 1 & 2 indicator and will display only the overall Pass/Fail results. ( perhap this might not be the best soultion, unless someone can advise with better method otherwise i will stick to this  )
