How to create setup file which doesn't need to install SP1 file before?

I want to create a setup file but when I try to use this exe file on the other computers I got an error.

I know I have to install this SP1 file first but When I give this exe file to my customers they have to install this package first.

Could I implement this install file into my exe file?

Including the run time engine is an option when you create an installer.

Did you read the LabVIEW documentation? It's in the Additional Installers tab. RTFM.
